Parents’ Responsibilities

Caring for Children, Supporting Families, Building Futures.

At Chosen Academy Preschool & Learning Center, we value a strong partnership with families. To help provide the best care and learning experience for every child, parents are expected to:

Complete and keep all enrollment forms, emergency contacts, and medical information current.

Ensure children arrive on time and are picked up by closing time each day.

Notify the school if your child will be absent, late, or needs to be picked up by someone not listed on the authorized pickup form.

Provide required supplies, extra clothing, diapers, wipes, and other personal items as needed. Keep children home when they are sick
