My name is Deonchental Gilbert, and I am an early childhood education leader, business owner, and advocate for quality care for children and families. With more than 20 years of childcare management experience and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, I am passionate about creating safe, nurturing, faith-based learning environments where children can grow and thrive. As the owner of Chosen Academy Preschool & Learning Center, I am committed to supporting families, developing strong teachers, and helping every child build a foundation for lifelong success.
